Comunica, Vi Del Mas 2022

The philosophy of Celler Comunica is to produce wines that show freshness above all else. Establishing their winery in 2002 at Mas d'en Cosme, a farm in the municipality of Catalonia, it has the ideal soils and just the right amount of sun for producing lively, fruity red wines. Vi Del Mas 2022 is made from a blend of Grenache, Peluda and Syrah from the vineyards of Mas d'en Cosme. Harvested by hand, the grapes are fermented in a combination of stainless steel and concrete eggs, neither of which impart any flavour into the wine. This technique creates a light yet full-flavoured ruby red; soft aromas of fresh raspberry sorbet balanced with soft spices combine with flavours of raspberry, cherry, and light white pepper with good balance and fine tannins. A great wine to pair with grilled foods or Spanish charcuterie.
